You will need to obtain a license for each unique production. Most of our licenses are in perpetuity. Once you obtain the rights, you don’t have to come back and re-license as long as you don’t make any audio or visual changes.

National commercials, which are based on the length of the run, are an exception. Commercials are licensed based on each version. For example: :30 and :60 second commercials would require separate licenses. Our pricing makes licensing commercials affordable.

The term Needledrop refers to each time the music starts and stops. This is how we base our rates. You may freely edit the cue to fit your project and if it is longer than the original length we still consider it one use as long as you don’t double the time.

Where we differ from buyout libraries is that you do not own the CD or the track. You are simply using it with permission for your production. The benefit of using what is termed a Needledrop library is that you have access to a whole lot of music that you don’t have to pay for until you finalize your project.

If you would like to get your license immediately, we do accept credit cards.

Print out and complete the appropriate form.  Don’t forget to include the project name and bill to information and please submit license applications for completed projects only. You can return your paperwork to us in any of the ways below:
